Shipping policy

The Buyer may choose one of the following delivery options:


- Click & Collect: purchase and payment made online, with product collection at the Seller’s store.
- Home Delivery: purchase and payment made online, with delivery to the address provided by the Buyer.

Product and service availability is confirmed by the Seller, which triggers the order confirmation sent to the Buyer. This confirmation constitutes the conclusion of the sales contract between the Buyer and the Seller, limited to the products actually available.

The order may be confirmed in full or in part, depending on product availability. In case of partial confirmation, the Buyer may not claim the delivery of unconfirmed products.

Prices and Payment Terms

Prices displayed on the website are indicative at the time they are shown.
For any online purchase (Click & Collect or Home Delivery), the applicable price is the one specified in the order confirmation email.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices are in Swiss francs (CHF), including VAT, excluding delivery, packaging, installation, or additional service fees, which are specified in the order confirmation if applicable.

Full payment is required before any goods are handed over.

In case of cancellation, Helco SA reserves the right to retain any deposit paid.
Any refund is at the sole discretion of Helco SA.

Accepted Payment Methods

Payments can be made by:

  • Bank cards (Visa, Mastercard issued by a Swiss bank)
  • Cash (only at the Geneva boutique)
  • Bank transfer to Helco SA’s account

Helco SA reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods, especially in the case of unusual or suspicious orders.

Delivery Fees


Delivery fees are calculated for the entire order. It is possible that the order will be shipped in multiple parcels.

Delivery dates and timelines are provided for information purposes only, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

E-reservation

In the case of an e-reservation, the applicable price is the one in effect at the time of in-store checkout. As prices and promotions are subject to change, we do our best to reflect current offers, which are always time-limited.

An e-reservation is valid for 72 hours following its confirmation, unless otherwise stated in the confirmation message.
